The ape labs® “focus lens” is an adaptive lens system that is mounted on the MOBILIGHT® with a one-hand high-speed shutter. This generates a light cone that is similar to that of a moving head. The light cone (beam) is at eye level when viewed at its highest focused point.
The “focus lens” generates sharp edges (beam) and thus attains brightness comparable to that of a 150 200 Watt moving head (spot).
TIP: This accessory is perfectly suited to illuminating walls. When the additional white light is used in the MOBILIGHT, the “wing effects” can be generated.
TIP: With a mounted “focus lens” the beam of Mobilight® also acts very impressively even in a patch of fog. Fascinating light patterns can be generated by using them on the stage.
